The Aquatrols Company introduces Vivax Oro surfactant blend

The Aquatrols Company has released Vivax Oro, a surfactant blend designed to improve water movement and retention in a variety of turf and soil environments. The product is engineered to provide enhanced wetting and rewetting properties with a feature that allows for delayed watering-in without compromising performance, according to the company.
Golf course superintendents and turf managers face increasing pressure to optimize water use due to drought conditions and stricter water regulations. Soil surfactants have become essential tools to help maintain turf quality during periods of stress by improving soil moisture distribution and reducing localized dry spots.
“Our relationship with the Lamberti group affords us access to a number of novel components not available elsewhere in our space. We’re excited to continually bring new innovations to market and are equally excited when we can provide enhancements to existing products such as Vivax that our customers already rely on,” says Erick Koskinen, general manager of Aquatrols. “Our customers will still have the same great performance of the original Vivax formulation but with the added watering-in flexibility we think they’ll appreciate.”
The ability to delay watering-in applications provides turf managers with increased flexibility, helping them adapt to unpredictable weather or labor constraints. This can be especially valuable during peak seasons or in regions facing water restrictions. As Aquatrols continues to integrate technologies from its acquisition of Precision Laboratories, the company aims to deliver more comprehensive water management programs to the golf industry.
