Landscapes Golf Management pioneers Greenlight Advisors’ Certified Partner Program
Landscapes Golf Management has become the first golf course management company to join Greenlight Advisors‘ Certified Partner Program, marking a significant step toward data-driven operations in the golf industry, according to the companies.
This partnership will allow Landscapes Golf Management to leverage GolfClubBenchmarks.com, a tool developed by Greenlight Advisors, to analyze and compare their municipal courses’ performance against regional and national benchmarks.
The program will evaluate financial and operational data, grading each metric as top quartile, median or bottom quartile, culminating in a “Best-in-Class Report Card.” This analysis aims to identify thriving areas and those requiring strategic adjustments.
“The insights from comparing our golf courses to similar operations will help us make even better informed business decisions,” said Mike Williams, senior vice president of Landscapes Golf Management.
This move aligns with the growing trend of using data analytics in the golf industry. In January 2025, Greenlight Advisors partnered with the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) to conduct a nationwide municipal golf study, further highlighting the importance of benchmarking in the sector.
The partnership is expected to benefit Landscapes Golf Management’s portfolio of more than 60 properties across 25 states. By identifying potential financial and operational opportunities, the company aims to enhance its already strong infrastructure and drive sustainable growth.
As the golf industry continues to evolve, the companies hope this data-centric approach could set a new standard for golf course management, potentially influencing how other companies in the sector operate and make decisions.
